Our workshops focus on making cheesemaking easy for you to do at home without the need to purchase expensive equipment, unless you want to!. They are fun and informative, and you don’t watch us make it – you do it yourself!

Learn all the basic techniques to allow you to continue to make many types of cheese.

Learn the secrets of “stretchy cheese” and ideas beyond pizza.

Take home Mozzarella and Mascarpone.

Hard Cheese & Halloumi

Make a hard cheese that is ready to eat within weeks, and make your own cheese press.

Take home your first hard cheese, a simple cheese press and a cheeseboard accompaniment.
