Course Overview:

Learn all the basic techniques to allow you to continue to make many types of cheese.

Take home Feta, Ricotta, Fresh cheese and Yoghurt.

Course Outline:

Join us and learn how to make your own cheese (and a few other things!).

You will learn to make (and you will take home):

  • Feta that will taste so good you will never want to buy the bland supermarket feta again.
  • Ricotta that’s perfect for desserts or savoury dishes.
  • Fresh cheeses that will be the star of the cheese board – in 3 flavours.

We will cover all the basics which will enable you to move on and make many other types of cheese after this.  

We will learn how to make crackers just like the fancy supermarket ones, but nicer and WAY cheaper – we will also get to sample some when we enjoy our cheeseboard.

You will take away a yoghurt starter so that you can make your own that’s not from a packet or a yoghurt maker.  

You will also take home plenty of new knowledge (and full notes) to add to your cheesemaking repertoire.
