Course Overview:
In this workshop we will make the most creamy Mascarpone ever – perfect for tiramisu, pasta and many more dishes. We will see the magic of Mozzarella as you take milk to cheese that you can stretch and take home for pizza that night!
Course Outline:
In this workshop we will make Mozzarella and Mascarpone – two very Italian and very popular cheeses.
You will take home 4 balls of Mozzarella that you made yourself, a container of Mascarpone as well as some recipes as inspiration for when you get home.
You will also take home plenty of new knowledge (and full notes) to add to your cheesemaking repertoire.
You will have your own station, own pot and make your own cheese to take home!
While we make cheese there will be a cheese board to nibble on throughout the course, and at the end while we wait for the cheese to be ready to take home we will enjoy a dessert.
